All here shown High Pressure cleaning machines are working with a special developed and patented jet-system device, which can be adjusted individually. The machine is supplied by high pressure pump.
In the entrance of the machine the polluted slaughtering hooks will be picked up by the conveyor, made of stainless steel, which transports the hooks through the machine.
The specially cleaning effect will be achieved by oscillating jets. So the jet-stream will reach every point of the hooks surface.
A precise continuous dosing of cleaning-additives contributes to the cleaning-effect as well as a constant temperature regulation of the raw water.

The hook-shower removes the debris of the cleaning additives and can be used with hot or cold water.
Marchel cleaning devices combines ecologic and economic performance. The used water will be recycled inside i. e. used more times. This optimize the fresh water consumption as well as for energy, cleaning additives and savage.

High pressure cleaning machine HDW Compakt for euro, cattle and birail hooks
Cleaning capacity up to 300 hooks/h, even with particularly heavy soling. This unit is characterized by its compact design combined with excellent cleaning performance. Even bristle residues and labels are no problem for this unit.
